Hailing from Oxford, Glass Animals have just followed up the release of last summers debut album with the announcement of their first UK headline tour.

Packed full of minimalist, bouncy beats and haunting vocals, the album Zaba is an intriguing listen. For fans of Alt J, Glass Animals could be in for big things in 2015.

Featured on SBTRKT's well received 2014 album, Wonder Where We Land. Denai Moore is fast on her way to becoming the main attraction in her own right.

New release, Blame puts the emphasis on her rich, vibrant vocal played out over a sparse yet expansive background. I Swore, from the 2014 EP of the same name, has a gospel feel to it with full backing choir adding weight, depth and feeling.

Clearly an artist with a lot to offer, another one worth keeping your eye on.

Four young men from London, get on board with the Bohicas now as there star is going to go stratospheric this year. Already being played by XFM, the band mix legendary influences such as Led Zeppelin with the heavy, playful, addictive riffs of the Arctic Monkeys.

LUM's personal tip to emulate what Royal Blood and Catfish and The Bottlemen did last year and keep guitar music as it should be; new, fresh and exciting.

Fat Freddy’s Drop are a New Zealand seven-piece band from Wellington, whose musical style has been characterised as any combination of dub, reggae, soul, jazz, rhythm and blues, and techno.

Formed in 1999, the band have retained the same lineup throughout that time and have released three studio albums, two live albums, and several singles.

The track below is 9 and a half minutes long but it's worth your time; a laid back piece of dub reggae that continually builds and evolves throughout.

First Aid Kit is a Swedish folk duo who have been recording since 2010. The band's third album, last years Stay Gold, brought their music to a wider audience receiving a Brit Nomination for ‘Best International Group’.

Master Pretender is the latest from that album and should see the band continue to grow in popularity. The video is an absolute treat too.
